Kurkuri Bhindi Chaat

Take half kg bhindi and cut into long pieces. Remove the seeds and cut into thin slices.
To Marinate:
To the bhindi slices add:

1 spoon red chilli powder

1 spoon coriander powder
-
1/2 spoon jeera powder
-
1/2 spoon sindha namak
-
1/2 spoon aamchur powder
-
salte to taste
-
4 spoons besan
-
2 spoons rice flour
-
Mix everything well, add little water if required.

In a kadai heat some oil and deep fry the above mixture on high flame until crisp and golden brown.

Now Using basic chaat items of your choice you can prepare bhindi chaat.
