Sweet Corn Pakoda

- grind 1/2 cup sweet corn kernels coarsely
- also grind two green chillies with it
- take the paste in a bowl
- add 2-3 tbspn of rice flour and gram flour
- add 1/4 cup finely chopped capcicum
- add 1/2 cup sweet corn kernels
- add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, aamchur powder, salt
- mix everything well and finally add to it 1 tbspn hot oil for crispness
- make vadas or pakodas when the oil is really hot
- then turn the flame to low to medium and fry the pakodas until golden brown.
