Vegetable Biriyani
Written by Khushboo Sancheti- prepare rice in cooker and let it cool well.
for gravy

4 tomatoes - both hybrid and small

1 cup mint leaves

1/2 cup coriander leaves

3/4 cup coconut shavings

green chilli, rock salt, cinamon stick, clove, cardomom and jeera

grind all this to a fine paste

Take a whistle of all veggies of your choice like- beans, carrot, potato, peas

cut 1 cup of onions finely
-
in a big kadai heat some oil and saute the chopped onions with grated ginger
-
to it add the gravy and cook well for few minutes
-
add the boiled veggies and fianally add the cooked rice and mix well
-
serve with vegetable pachadi
