Wheat Dosa

1 cup whole wheat flour

1/4 cup rice flour

1/4 cup sour curd

1/2 tspn salt

1/4 tspn sugar

Grind the above ing well in a mixer jar

use water little by little to make it like dosa batter
-
pour the batter in a bowl and let it rest for min 1/2 an hour
-
just before making the dosa, add a pinch of baking soda to the batter
-
to the hot tawa add a few drops of water and oil mixture- this will avoid the batter from sticking to the tawa
-
then make dosa as usual.
